He spent the past two decades as a professional skateboarder making his mark in the industry through videos, pro shoe designs, and competition skating in X-Games, Street League, and more. Having been a professional athlete, he was given the opportunity to travel the world and meet many amazing people. This cultivated a love and appreciation for architecture and design which ultimately led him to his passion for real estate. The city and developers (before it was the city of cars) made them in order to service pedestrians who needed to get to and from schools, trolleys, super markets and etc. Nowadays, it’s mainly used for exercising and people with homes along it.
